Morena and Rocío Rial on the Verge of Eviction: the Millionaire Debt That Could Complicate Them

After her release, Morena Rial settled in her sister Rocío's apartment by court order. However, according to journalist Juan Etchegoyen on Mitre Live, both could be evicted due to a significant debt in expenses.

"People who frequent the building tell me they owe a lot of money and, if the situation isn't regularized, there could be an eviction," stated Etchegoyen. According to his sources, the amount owed would be around two million pesos.

Will Jorge Rial take responsibility for the debt?

The journalist also raised doubts about Jorge Rial's role in his daughters' financial situation. "I imagine he'll take responsibility to avoid more problems for Morena. What I don't understand is why Rocío didn't pay the apartment expenses," he questioned.

He also assured that the coexistence with the neighbors wouldn't be the best. "They tell me that Rial's daughters are troublesome, although they don't go into details," he added.

The legal issue that could worsen the situation

One of the requirements for Morena Rial to maintain her freedom is to have a fixed address authorized by the Justice. If the eviction is confirmed, her procedural situation could become even more complicated.

"Imagine what could happen if she loses her residence. It's clear her father won't allow such a situation," warned Etchegoyen.

The conditions imposed by the Justice for Morena's release

According to reports on Cortá por Lozano (Telefe), prosecutor Patricio Ferrari requested additional requirements to those imposed by judge Ricardo Costa to grant Morena Rial extraordinary release.

Prohibitions and restrictions

• She can't maintain contact with the fugitives of the case: Alan Martín Fernández, Luna González, and Lautaro Ledesma.
• She must refrain from driving vehicles that aren't her property or that she doesn't have formal authorization for.
• She is obliged to inform her phone number and keep her geolocation active to avoid procedural risks.

Additional obligations

• She must prove her own means of subsistence.
• Inform the names of the health professionals who will attend to her.
• Allow a periodic evaluation of the situation of her child under her care.

The prohibition to leave the country and mandatory treatment

Additionally, the judge imposed a total prohibition on leaving the country and the obligation to appear biweekly before the Justice. She was also required to start a psychological and psychiatric treatment within a maximum of 10 days.

Morena Rial's situation continues to add conflicts. Now, in addition to her legal problems, she faces a possible eviction that could further complicate her outlook.
