Morena Rial Launches Her Official Merchandise Line With Her Phrase 'que Lo Demuestre'
Amid the legal process involving her for participating in various thefts, the influencer launches as a businesswoman
Morena Rial introduced a line of merchandise with the phrase "QUE LO DEMUESTRE," a statement that went viral after her appearance on the LAM (América) show, hosted byÁngel de Brito. The collection, which includes clothing and accessories, made a significant impact on the public and among her Instagram followers.
Meanwhile, the LAM journalist, Fefe Bongiorno, confirmed the news through his social media, where he showcased some of the available garments. The initiative by Jorge Rial's daughter took advantage of the media buzz to capitalize on her popularity, successfully positioning her brand in record time.

The judicial twist in the Villa Adelina case
Meanwhile, Morena Rial's judicial situation became news again. This week, Alan Fernández, accused of robbing a property in Villa Adelina, turned himself in to the authorities after being on the run. The case also involves Jorge Rial's daughter, adding a new chapter to the scandal.
Fernández's lawyer surprised by filing a motion to recuse Judge Ricardo Costas, from the San Isidro Court of Guarantees No. 1. According to the defense, the magistrate may not have acted impartially regarding the television host's daughter.
The judicial document, accessed by journalist Fernanda Iglesias, suggested that Morena Rial may have received preferential treatment in the process, allowing her to regain her freedom swiftly. "I have visited prisons where there are mothers with babies, which shows that it is not an automatic reason for release," the defense highlighted, suggesting that the influence of the Rial surname could have affected the decision.

Recusal and possible change of judge
A detail revealed by Iglesias added more uncertainty to the case. Initially, Judge Costas had denied the ordinary release of More Rial, arguing that the charged crime carried a sentence of more than four years. However, shortly after, the authorities granted her extraordinary release based on children's rights, as the young woman is a mother.
This unexpected turn could delay the progress of the judicial process and reopen the debate on the criteria applied for granting conditional releases. Although Judge Costas remains in charge of the case, if the recusal succeeds, another magistrate could take over the investigation in the coming days.
