It was revealed who offered to host Morena Rial after her arrest

Morena Rial was released in the last few hours under an "extraordinary" measure and is expected to be freed in the coming days, according to her lawyer, Fernando Burlando. In this context, it was revealed where she will be staying while the legal process against her continues.

Journalist Martín Candalaft detailed that the decision doesn't imply house arrest, but Morena is prohibited from leaving the country and must undergo psychological treatment. "This means that the freedom is without an ankle monitor or any other type of monitoring, but she must comply with the rules established by Judge Ricardo Costa," he explained.

He also clarified that the case is still ongoing and that the granted freedom doesn't imply its closure. "The judge found no risk of flight or obstruction of the investigation. A key factor in the decision was that Morena has a four-month-old son," he added.

Despite the favorable resolution for her release, Burlando pointed out that the prosecutor's consent is still needed for the measure to be definitive.

The day after regaining freedom, journalist Augusto Telias, specialized in police matters, revealed on Buen Telefe that Morena will have the support of her family circle.

"Her sister Rocío was the one who offered her apartment as a place of residence for both Morena and her son Amadeo," he reported. Additionally, her father, journalist Jorge Rial, also showed willingness to provide support during this difficult time.

Telias also clarified that Morena must comply with all judicial requirements imposed to maintain her freedom, including appearing every 15 days before the court. "Failure to comply with any of these conditions could lead to the revocation of the release and her return to detention," he warned.

What did Morena Rial declare?

Last Wednesday, February 12, Morena Rial gave a statement before the general prosecutor Patricio Ferrari and acknowledged her involvement in the act for which she was charged. Jorge Rial's daughter had been detained at the seventh precinct of Loma de San Isidro and was transferred to the Functional Instruction Unit of Martínez to testify.

According to journalist Cora Debarbieri on the program A la tarde (América TV), Morena assumed her responsibility in the case and detailed her role in the crime:  "She acknowledged her involvement, although limiting it to having been the driver of the vehicle in which the robbery was carried out."
