Delivery Drivers Recover Another Stolen Motorcycle in La Matanza: 'the Rats Kept...'
A group of delivery workers organized an operation to recover a stolen motorcycle in La Matanza.
The incident occurred this Wednesday in the locality of Lomas del Mirador, within the neighborhood Las Antenas. There, a group of delivery workers headed in a caravan to the intersection of Almirante Brown and Pagola to recover the stolen vehicle.
In the recorded video, one of them is heard warning: "Watch out, we came to recover the bike, look, there are more of us, more are still missing". Another boosts the group's morale by saying: "Come on, we'll get it back", while a third celebrates: "The rats were left wanting".

The assault on the delivery worker
According to the delivery workers themselves, the robbery occurred when a worker received an order for $50,000 destined for Las Antenas. However, it was a trap.
Upon arriving in the area, the delivery worker noticed the presence of two suspicious men on a corner. Before proceeding, he alerted his colleagues' WhatsApp group about the situation. But within seconds, four other criminals joined the assault.
The strikers attempted to stab the delivery worker, who managed to react in time and grab the knife. In the struggle, they made him get off the bike, but his cell phone remained inside the helmet, and they couldn't steal it.

Attempted murder
The thieves, realizing they couldn't take his cell phone, decided to open fire. According to his colleagues' account, the worker received four shots, although miraculously none hit his body.
With his phone still in hand, he managed to communicate with other delivery workers and the Police. Within minutes, a patrol car arrived in the area, and the delivery workers began to organize to recover the bike.

The recovery of the bike
The victim and a group of colleagues entered the neighborhood Las Antenas. After a tense confrontation with the criminals, they managed to recover the stolen vehicle. The moment can be seen when one of the delivery workers appears riding the bike while the rest of the group waits for him.
Finally, the delivery workers left the place in a caravan. Another episode of vigilante justice in response to the growing insecurity they face daily.
It's not the first time
The previous Saturday, another delivery worker was robbed under similar circumstances while making a delivery. His colleagues, tired of the insecurity, decided to take action and headed as a group to the villa Santos Vega, in San Justo, where they managed to recover the stolen bike.

The delivery workers in the area have shown themselves to be organized and willing to recover what belongs to them. However, these types of episodes reflect the lack of security with which they work daily.
