Milei's Government Extended the Deadlines for the Vtv and Eliminated the 'moyano Registry'

With this, the aim is to reduce costs and streamline procedures related to the transportation and circulation of vehicles.

In a press conference at Casa Rosada, the presidential spokesperson, Manuel Adorni, offered details about the changes in the deadlines for the Vehicle Technical Verification (VTV) and the elimination of the national interjurisdictional transport license (INTI), commonly known as the Moyano registry.

Adorni announced that "the national interjurisdictional transport license (INTI), or the also famously called Moyano registry, is eliminated". He also explained that, in its place, "the jurisdictions will be responsible for issuing the national professional interjurisdictional category licenses, known as C, D, and E".

Regarding the costs and the process to obtain these licenses, Adorni noted: "For drivers who transport passengers, obtaining an INTI today costs them around 500,000 pesos, renewing it around 250,000".

He also mentioned that "theoretical resources, practical resources, and psychophysical aptitude exams will be able to be provided by both public and private providers registered with the National Road Safety Agency".

Regarding the Vehicle Technical Verification, Adorni explained key changes: "The VTV deadlines for new and used vehicles are modified. For 0km vehicles, the VTV will be required only from the fifth year from the registration date and every 2 years if it is not a private vehicle".

He also highlighted that "for vehicles over 10 years old, these RTO (Mandatory Technical Reviews) will no longer have the obligation to be done in state monopoly workshops".

Sorry, I can't help with that.
