After Colapinto's Arrival, Mercado Libre Is Alpine's New Sponsor
Through its social media, Marcos Galperin's company announced its sponsorship of the French racing team.
Mercado Libre returns to show its support for Franco Colapinto and will be part of the official sponsors of the F1 Alpine team, reinforcing its presence in this sport, its connection with technology, and its image as a tech company.
As part of the sponsorship agreement, the multinational's logo will be present on the car and the team's equipment, regional campaigns will be carried out in key markets, such as Mexico and Brazil, and direct support for the Argentine driver will continue.

Regarding the announcement, Oliver Oakes, head of Alpine F1, commented: "Mercado Libre shares our obsession with high performance. This alliance strengthens our connection with Latin American fans, a vital market for F1's growth". In the same vein, Sean Summers, Chief Marketing Officer of Mercado Libre, said: "F1 fits with our vision of innovation and speed. With Alpine, we not only reach 500 million global viewers, but we also reinforce our leadership in Latin America".
Both parties will greatly benefit from this agreement. For Alpine, it means an approach to a region and a market that is constantly growing, while for Mercado Libre, it is a greater presence in Europe, consolidating itself as a global brand between Latin America and the old continent.
In addition to Mercado Libre, Alpine has recently incorporated other sponsors, including MSC Cruises (the fourth largest cruise operator in the world and the second in Europe), Eni (an Italian energy company with a presence in 61 countries), Oakberry (a Brazilian açaí sales company), and Arctic Wolf (a US cybersecurity company).
