Mauro Icardi's lawyer lashed out at Wanda for not handing over the daughters to their father and breaking the law
With the judicial deadline expired, Mauro Icardi's lawyer harshly criticized the businesswoman for failing to comply with the family judge's order that Francesca and Isabela should be with their father.
The conflict between Mauro Icardi and Wanda Nara added a new chapter, this time related to the custody of their daughters. Faced with the media personality's refusal to comply with the judicial resolution, Elba Marcovecchio spoke on Mariana Fabbiani's (América) program, where she expressed her stance on the situation.
According to the lawyer, Wanda challenged the judge because she was not satisfied with the ruling. "She doesn't like the resolutions and doesn't respect them. She is a woman without law," she declared firmly. Additionally, she criticized the businesswoman for disregarding judicial sanctions, mentioning that she had even assured Susana Giménez that she would pay the fine without a problem.
During the interview, Guido Záffora intervened with messages from Wanda Nara, who requested that the proof of payment for child support be presented. Marcovecchio's reaction was blunt: "What does that have to do with the impediment of contact?" she questioned. The lawyer insisted that economic issues should not be mixed with a father's right to see his children.
Accusations and possible legal measures
Marcovecchio stated that Mauro Icardi had been unable to communicate with his daughters for a long time, as Wanda interrupted the calls. "We pointed this out in the file," she explained, ensuring that this behavior led to two criminal complaints: one for impediment of contact and another for disobedience.
The lawyer also revealed that, on Icardi's instruction,the last resort to return the girls would be to resort to the police. When Fabbiani asked if there was a possibility that the footballer would move his daughters to Türkiye, Marcovecchio dismissed that concern. "There is no fear. Both parents are prohibited from leaving the country with the girls," she concluded.
