More Rial Is Accused of Being the Leader of the Criminal Gang: 'we Have Evidence'

One of the accused and a close friend of the media personality detailed to the justice system how Jorge Rial's daughter operated.

Morena Rial faces a new accusation that could complicate her legal situation. Alan Fernández, one of the alleged participants in the home robberies in San Isidro, pointed to Jorge Rial's daughter as the leader of the criminal gang. Her lawyer, Augusto Avellaneda, claimed they have strong evidence to prove it.

What did Alan Fernández say about Morena Rial?

Meanwhile, as the Justice continues investigating the robberies in the northern area of Greater Buenos Aires, shocking statements from Alan Fernández's lawyer, who remains a fugitive, have come to light. In an interview with Tucuman media, Avellaneda revealed details about his client's connection with Morena Rial and the reasons why he has not yet surrendered to the authorities.

"Fernández has known Morena Rial for five years. They have built a friendship because she invited him to exclusive events and private parties. Being an influencer with connections in the entertainment world, he was attracted to that world," explained the lawyer.

However, the most shocking part came afterward. "Morena is the leader of the gang, not Alan Fernández. We have evidence that we will present in court," stated Avellaneda, putting the media figure's legal situation in jeopardy.

The lawyer also stated that, after being mentioned by Morena in the case, his client tried to contact her. But instead of receiving answers, he got a direct threat. "When Alan called, someone from her inner circle answered and said: 'If you're arrested in Buenos Aires, we'll kill you; and if you're imprisoned in Tucumán, be careful because we have people there too,'"  Avellaneda recounted.

Meanwhile, Morena Rial's defense, led by lawyer Fernando Burlando, reported that his client also received threats from Fernández.

Additionally, journalist Luis Bremer, on A la Tarde (América TV), revealed that Fernández might be negotiating a habeas corpus to turn himself in. According to sources in Tucumán, the accused allegedly has ties with two dangerous criminal gangs: Los Toros and Los Gardelitos.

How could this evidence affect Morena Rial?

Currently, Morena Rial enjoys extraordinary release and is at her sister Rocío's house with her son Amadeo. However, if evidence is presented against her, her situation could change drastically, and she could return to jail.
