The former President of the Nation, Alberto Fernández, was indicted by federal judge Julián Ercolini on charges of "gender violence" against his ex-partner and former first lady, Fabiola Yáñez. "Several elements have been gathered that account for the habitual and continuous nature that the violence, in various forms, would have acquired, exercised by the accused over the named Yáñez," the judge stated.
