How to submit the school certificate to ANSES?

To access the payment of the 2025 Annual School Aid, it is mandatory to submit the regular student certificate to ANSES between February 24 and March 5. Once the form is sent, the amount will be credited within the next 60 days.

Online procedure step by step

The procedure can be done digitally through Mi ANSES. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Log in to Mi ANSES with your username and password.
  • Select the "Daughters and Sons" section.
  • Choose the "Submit a School Certificate" option and download the corresponding form.
  • Click on "Generate Certificate", complete the information, and confirm the operation.
  • Print the form and take it to the school for the appropriate authority to sign it.
  • Upload the signed document to Mi ANSES from a cell phone or computer.

In-person procedure

The school certificate can also be submitted in person at any ANSES office without the need for an appointment.

Who can receive the 2025 School Aid?

The benefit is aimed at:

  • Employees in a dependent relationship, self-employed workers, and retirees who receive the Family Allowance for Child (AFH). The maximum family income cap is $4,023,266 in February.
  • Beneficiaries of the Universal Child Allowance (AUH), who can also access the annual payment.

Requirements to receive the 2025 School Aid

  • Families with children between 45 days and 17 years. There is no age limit for children with disabilities.
  • Minors must attend initial, primary, or secondary level.
  • In the case of children with disabilities, they must attend special schools or receive support from registered teachers.
  • The family group must not exceed $4,023,266 in monthly income. The limit per member is $2,011,633 in February.

How much is received for the Annual School Aid in 2025?

In February, the allowance was adjusted by the pension mobility formula and was set at $130,702. Additionally, the Government confirmed an extra reinforcement of $85,000 that will be paid in March as a one-time payment. Thus, the total amount to be received will be more than $215,000.

The additional payment was made official through decree 63 published in the Official Gazette.

What is ANSES's Annual School Aid?

The Annual School Aid is a benefit from ANSES that is paid every year to workers with school-age children. It is credited in March and is intended to cover the expenses of the start of classes, such as supplies, uniforms, and school materials.
