Juana Repetto Defended Herself Against Criticism for Breastfeeding Her Three-and-a-half-year-old Son

Juana Repetto, known for sharing her life on social media, was the center of constant comments about her parenting style. Through Instagram, she shares her experiences on motherhood, healthy habits, and the education of her children, Toribio and Belisario. However, her decisions generate debates and questions.

Recently, the actress faced criticism for continuing to breastfeed her younger son Belisario, who is three and a half years old. In a video posted on her stories, she expressed her anger and left a strong message for those who judge her:  "You're driving me crazy with Belisario starting preschool and still breastfeeding. Don't bother me, leave me alone, I'm asking you please." With her gaze fixed on the camera, she made it clear her exhaustion with the constant opinions about her motherhood.

Repetto explained that her son hasn't turned four yet and that they are going through multiple changes in their life.  "He stopped wearing diapers at night in Uruguay, his dad has been traveling for two months, and soon we're moving to a new house," she commented, emphasizing that she doesn't want to keep justifying her decisions.

The controversy over her clothing and her response

It's not the first time the actress responds to criticism on social media. Last October,  she received negative comments  for her look when taking her children to school. In a video titled "Get ready with me", she showed her outfit: a pink t-jersey, long floral skirt, red shoes, and dark sunglasses. Although the post had a light tone, several followers questioned her style.

Messages like "You dress badly on purpose" or "Let's gather some money and buy her clothes" were some of the reactions that Juana herself highlighted in her stories. Without hesitation, she replied with irony: "Are you going to do all that? With that homeless look. Please, you have the possibility to dress decently," she replied to a user. Additionally, she humorously added that she wasn't closed to any clothing option.

Juana Repetto has proven to be a public figure who isn't afraid of others' opinions. Despite the constant comments, she remains firm in her principles and continues to defend her choices in motherhood and her lifestyle. Her open and sincere stance makes it clear that she won't allow external criticism to influence her personal decisions.
