After two consecutive plays that led him to win his lottery bet, the journalist shared the method he uses.
Sports journalist Horacio Pagani, a well-known panelist on Bendita (El Nueve), shared with Ciudad Magazine the curious method he uses to win at the lottery. Pagani managed to create great television moments, especially after predicting several numbers correctly in less than two weeks, which surprised everyone, including Beto Casella.
Pagani explained that unlike his unbelievable previous success where he predicted four correct numbers in a single play (which he described as "a one in 10,000 chance"), this time he only got two right. Although his strategy seems not to be infallible, his modesty in betting small amounts remains key in his approach: "I bet a little, two coffees: 5 or 6 thousand pesos," he revealed. He also stated that he often only plays in the afternoon and evening, with two plays each time.
On February 4, Pagani had a peculiar experience. He arrived late at the agency, which prevented him from making his usual play at 6 PM, and discovered that the numbers he planned to bet on had already come up. "The girl at the agency told me 'there's always a rematch,'" he recalled with a laugh.
The key to his numbers
When asked about his numerical preferences, Horacio confessed that he frequently plays certain numbers, like 17 or 414. He also shared a curious episode where a stranger suggested the number 49, which ended up being correct. "I played it and 49 came up!" he commented, highlighting that he doesn't follow a fixed pattern. "My numbers are 414 and 717, but I play those occasionally," he added.
While Pagani acknowledges that there is no infallible method, his strategy of betting small amounts and changing the numbers each time seems to be working, at least for now. His streak of successes caused a lot of interest, but also some exaggerations, such as the claim that he had won millions. According to him, the correct amount for his four-number successes amounted to 240 thousand pesos, which allowed him to cover his bets and enjoy some "meals" with his winnings.
In summary, Horacio Pagani continues to enjoy his good streak, but maintains a cautious attitude, aware that in this type of gambling, surprises can be both pleasant and unpredictable.
