Cecilia Milone got angry with an Intrusos reporter and was almost run over
After being in the media spotlight for exposing her romance with Chico Novarro, the singer played the victim and blamed journalism
Cecilia Milone experienced an extreme situation when she was awaited by a television crew that wanted to interview her amid the scandal she is involved in due to the romance with the late singer Chico Novarro.
The actress appeared upset with the journalist from Intrusos (América) and ran a red light, which almost caused an accident. While walking with her dog, Milone expressed her frustration with the press and exclaimed: "I'd rather be hit by a car." Despite being approached by the reporter respectfully, the artist did not respond and continued with her complaint: "Don't bother me anymore. I don't like it. Not at my doorstep."
A similar episode occurred with the reporter Alejandro Castelo from PuroShow (El Trece) who waited for the artist at the entrance of her building but did not approach her with the microphone, only to request the interview. Milone also lost her composure at that moment and refused to speak, shouting "Please, don't show the house! I don't want it! Not at my house, man, I don't intrude into your house," Milone said.

The actress vented on social media against the press
The controversy began when rumors circulated that Milone had been Chico Novarro's lover, who passed away in August 2023. In reply, the actress turned to her social media to clarify her stance and accused the press of invading her privacy. Milone explained that she had long decided not to do more interviews, not as a media strategy, but because the questions and pressure "affected her emotionally."
The artist reflected on how the media had led her to expose her personal life, but she made it clear that she had nothing to share about her private life. "What I do need to clarify is that I'm not going to share anything. I have nothing to share," she stated. Through her art, Milone said she could express herself, but not in interviews that she found invasive.

Additionally, the actress made it clear that she would not allow Chico Novarro's memory to be tarnished by rumors and malicious comments. "This is a tribute to Chico Novarro, someone who is sacred to me," she expressed. She also expressed her fear over the lack of security in her building and detailed how the situation made her feel harassed, as if her life was being invaded without her consent.
Milone emphasized that she would not continue participating in these types of dynamics and would limit herself to discussing her artistic work in a controlled manner. "Thank God, Instagram already killed them," she concluded, showing her disdain for traditional media.
